Steel Sheets conforming to Is-513 and IS-1079. Stove enamel paint done after various chemical treatment in 7-tank process.
Angles are available of size 40x40x3, 60x40x2 and 80x40x3. Standard length 1800,2400,3000,3600mm
Shelves are available of size 900/1000/1200(L)x300/375/450/600(D) in 18 and 20 SWG.
Grating available 150 and 225 in standard length 1800,2400 and 3000mm.
Two/ Three tier racking system / Mezzanine Floors with stair case as per clients requirements.
The body of shutters is a specially made box section double blended all aroun.
Double channels are provided on all side for extra strength, which are made of Pressed Steel.
Sufficient Stiffner is provided in the surface of shutter in from of pressed Steel channel, forgiving the Strength.

J K STEEL Pressed Steel Door frames are supplied in ready to fix condition complete with fittings viz Hinges Hold-fasts. Tiebar. They are easy to install and once painted as elegant.

J K STEEL Pressed Steel Door frames are manufactured from M.S. Sheet of 1.25 mm thickness and are Electrically arc welded at the corners. They are supplied with Heavy duty G.I. hinges Nos. for each shutter.
